Ruta Kulys
Ruta Kulys is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a practicing psychotherapist for more than 20 years. She received her master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. She has expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety and stress related problems such as chronic pain and illness.
Ms. Kulys has received professional training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is certified as an instructor in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She incorporates breath work, relaxation and meditation into treatment for patients wanting a holistic approach. Ms. Kulys also has expertise and a special interest in women's issues, including anxiety and mood disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
