Employee Assistance Program
Through Memorial Employee Assistance Services, MCA's therapists offer confidential counseling and referral services to employees and their dependents. EAPs are designed to help resolve personal problems that may affect an employee's health, well-being or job performance. EAP services are also available to the immediate family members of eligible employees.
