Program participant rights:
Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. You may not be discriminated against on the basis of your ethnic origin, creed, race, religion, sex, age, financial status, or physical/developmental limitations.
You have the right to privacy. Your records cannot be released by Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center without your, or your guardian’s, written consent unless subpoenaed by the court. Your name may not be released or published, nor photographs taken for publicity, without your permission.
You have a right to the best services available in the least restrictive setting. You have the right to actively participate in the development of your individual program plan.
You have the right to request the services of any other social service agency or community resource.
You have the right to request participation in any of the programs or services offered by the Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center.
Everyone has the right to gainful work in a safe setting.
Persons with disabilities have a right to live and work in barrier-free surroundings and with modified equipment if necessary.
