Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois charges a fee for all services. MHCCI accepts payment from insurance companies, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), Medicare and Medicaid. Payment or co-payment is expected at the time of service. When insurance is not available the client is responsible for payment. A sliding fee scale is available.

Some treatment programs are fully funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services and therefore no fee is charged to the client.
