Service_Eligibility

Adult outpatient clients must be 18 or more years of age.

Clients must have a mental or emotional disorder, which impairs the person’s cognitive, emotional and/or behavioral functioning. This is determined by a comprehensive mental health assessment.

Clients must live in Logan, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Sangamon or Scott counties.

Clients must identify goals that can be met by the program services.

Clients must be able to use the services provided or shall learn how to use the services available.

Individuals who have a mental illness in addition to psychoactive substance use disorders, mental retardation and organic disorders may not be suited for our services.
