Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of Springfield
When: Fourth Thursday of each month
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: West Lake Center, 200 West Lake Drive, Springfield, IL
Who: People who would benefit from information about depressive or bipolar disorders.

Family Support Group
When: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Where: West Lake Center, Building A, 200 West Lake Drive, Springfield, Ill.
Who: Family members of individuals with mental illness and clients of MHCCI.

NAMI - Springfield Family Support Group
Provides support to family members who have a loved one with mental illness.
When: Third Wednesday of every month
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Place: First Christian Church, 700 S. 6th St. (at Cook St.), Springfield, Ill.

ADHD Support GroupWhen: Fourth Wednesday of each month
Time: 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Springfield Center for Independent Living, 330 S. Grand Ave. West ,Springfield, IL
Who: Anyone interested in learning more about ADHD and how to support individuals who have been diagnosed with it.

Al-Anon
Who: The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems.

Alcoholics Anonymous
Who: Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

Always in Our Hearts
Who: Families who are coping with the loss of a loved one.
When: First and third Tuesday of every month at 5 p.m.

GROW
GROW is a consumer self-help group. Meetings, which combine personal testimony, reports on progress, group work on members’ problems and adult education about rebuilding lives are held weekly. Members keep in touch between meetings and host social activities throughout the year.
When: Every Tuesday
Time: 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Place: West Lake Center, Building A, Room 123

Mental Illness and Substance Abuse (MISA)
Description: MISA is an insight oriented group for individuals diagnosed with both mental illness and substance abuse/dependency. This group emphasizes self-disclosure with a combination of AA/12 step and motivational interviewing treatment philosophy.
When: Mondays 11:15 a.m. at West Lake Center; Tuesdays 2:30 p.m. MHCCI in Springfield, 710 N. 8th Street; and Thursdays 1 p.m. at West Lake Center.

Addictions
Description: This group increases client awareness of the presence of addiction and its impact with symptoms of serious mental illness. The group addresses multiple addictions beyond alcohol and other drugs. Process addictions, such as gambling, sex, and food are often discussed.
When: Wednesdays 10 a.m. at West Lake Center
